01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using bajivip in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bajivip.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use bajivip. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. bajivip recommends that all players review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To use bajivip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

bajivip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible, their account will be closed and any deposits returned, minus any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated by ineligible players will be voided.

03 Account Registration

To access bajivip's full range of games and betting markets, you must register for a free account. Each person may hold only one bajivip account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for creation — are prohibited. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact bajivip support immediately at [email protected] to have the duplicate closed.

• You must not share your account with any other person.

04 Deposits & Payments

bajivip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no fees charged by bajivip on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your bajivip account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact bajivip support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• All funds deposited into bajivip must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• bajivip does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• bajivip reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time for responsible gaming or security reasons.

05 Withdrawals

bajivip processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajivip targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for standard withdrawals, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Before your first withdrawal, bajivip may request identity verification documents including a copy of your national ID card or passport and proof of your payment method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in your withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• bajivip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• bajivip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or irregular activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bajivip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

All bajivip bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before bonus funds — or any winnings generated from bonus funds — can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. • Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts.

• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bajivip are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question, as well as these general Terms and Conditions. By placing a bet on bajivip, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bajivip, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bajivip reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these terms.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on bajivip.
• bajivip reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or series of bets.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bajivip is committed to providing a fair and secure betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajivip and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with bajivip's platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in bajivip's games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing bajivip's eligibility requirements.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bajivip for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to bajivip at any time.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means.

bajivip monitors all accounts and betting activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bajivip reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bajivip content without prior written permission from bajivip. Unauthorised use of bajivip's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

bajivip provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or any game offered on it. bajivip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bajivip reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
